Mindful Hikes in September 2026

Weather Permitting

Please join us for two mindful hikes in September!

These hikes will be led by FIMC volunteers, but each participant is responsible for their own safety and well-being. The route follows forest trails with uneven, rocky terrain and some elevation changes, so please be comfortable hiking in this environment and mindful of your physical abilities. Bring a water bottle!

We love dogs, but ask that you please leave them at home for these hikes.

September 10th Hike 5:30pm – We’ll enjoy a roughly 2-3 mile out-and-back hike along the AZT and Oldham Trails toward the base of Mt. Elden, with time for both silent contemplation and friendly connection.
