We are happy to announce there will be three May In-Town Sit & Socials.
The dates are: May 1st, May 15th, and May 29th.
There will be more Sit & Socials throughout the summer, so stay tuned!
As always, these Sits & Socials are weather dependent, so if there is inclement weather, the Sit & Social will be cancelled.
We would love to keep hosting more of these events and appreciate volunteers to keep them going. Hosts are the greeters and timekeepers for the meditation sit. If you are interested or would like more information, please contact Barbara at: outdoor@flagstaffinsight.org.

In Town Sit & Social – These informal gatherings take place in Flagstaff (such as Thorpe park, Bushmaster park, the Tree park) on various weekdays and at various times in the day. There will be at least one FIMC co-host to welcome everyone. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs or cushions for sitting. We will try to find accessible locations for people with disabilities and covered spaces during the Monsoon season. We’ll play a meditation app timer for the sit and invite everyone to bring snacks or tea for a social after the sit. PLEASE NOTE: THE DAYS OF THE WEEK, TIME, AND LOCATION MAY CHANGE FROM SIT TO SIT.
